Pitching down the middle

I swear I have more success throwing fastballs down the middle of the plate than changing it up and hitting different spots and changing speeds. Computer should rock fastballs down the middle like batting practice.

I tried this just now in a game down 7 - 0. Carlos Lee doubled off the wall. Lance Berkman rocked one over the wall.

Man why wont that happen for me! lol Seriously... I hav eplayed like 5-6 games just rhwoing down the middle and i give up a run here and there but not serious damage. Then I play a game and actually "pitch" and get shelled.

depending on where you have your sliders set you might get away with that for a while but eventually the ai kicks in and will start to crush you
