Scoring for pitching stats bug?

I just played the first 4 innings of my A's at the Tigers and was up 6-0...I looked at the boxscore and noticed that only 3 of the 6 runs were earned even though there had been no errors or other weird plays...they all got on base via hit or walk and all scored via hit or walk...as soon as I noticed this I turned the damn game off...the one thing I expect in a baseball game is accurate stats...that shouldn't be too much to ask for, should it? I wonder how inaccurate a whole season of stats would end up with this game...

IIRC, if a pitcher walks a batter, then it doesn't count as an ER in this game.

It kinda sucks, but oh well.

Are you kidding? So a walked batter that scores is unearned? Does 2k have a QA team? How does this get missed? I'm not a hardcore baseball sim fan but stats are part of what makes baseball my favorite...unbelievable...

Yeah there is no excuse for that. There is a lot of bugs in this game. But I am still loving exhibition play, but yes franchise is what I wanted and it is pretty clear they spent the time on graphics and gameplay.
