Favorite: The way so many players look and act like they do in real life

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Thing About 2k7?
For crowd reaction try turning up the crowd noise level. It helped a little bit for me. It made the game much more fun.NHL-Minnesota Wild
NHL-San Jose Sharks
MLB-Minnesota Twins
NFL-Minnesota Vikings
NCAAF-Michigan Wolverines
NCAAH-St. Cloud State Huskies

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Thing About 2k7?
I did all that, and it does help. i just wish it would be longer. they die out too suddenly, and do things like not reacting on home runs until they clear the walls, etc. it's not a gamekiller by any means. I love this game, I'm just saying that's the thing I think needs the most improvement.Comment

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Thing About 2k7?
favorite:? hmmm maybe the fact that i can lose myself in it. the games just feel like your in the stands or on the field. and that means everything from the way the wind makes the clothing ripple to the way the dirt kicks up etc. it's presentation is amazing to me
least favorite? hmmm if i had to say one thing i'd say the night lighting. Though it's very good it CAN be improved next year. it's just a small gripe really but i'm a stickler for that kinda stuff now since NO next gen game has gotten it completely right BUT MLB 2k7 is probably the best at making outside look real so far...Brand New Tomba Slider sets ready for Next Gen Versions of NBA,Madden and Fifa Stay Tuned...Comment

Favorite: The way everything "flows" to create an immerisive experience.
Least Favorite: Homerun tracking on the replays. They could have used better angles to show off the ballparks instead of the "sky/roof" shot they have now. I also wish they'd let the final frames linger for a moment so we really tell where the ball landed.Last edited by PadresFan104; 03-04-2007, 12:48 AM.Comment

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Thing About 2k7?
Favorite: I don't have just one so I'll name a couple. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when getting out of a jam or getting a key hit because of the realistic presentation. Also, I love how the players get filthy. Dive in the grass and get green grass stains. Dive in the dirt and get dirt stains. The best part is that those stains will be there for the whole game.
Least Favorite: I'm gonna have to piggy-back with Tomba321 and say the night / indoor lighting. Natural light is great and since there is no shadow shift or subtle lighting change in night games, the game seems to drag. I feel the same way about this in REAL games too. When it comes to outdoor sports such as baseball and football, I dislike seeing them played indoors because I usually get sleepy watching them if my team isn't involved.Comment

Go under your player card, highlight your active pitcher (on the top part of the card, not the bottom "available pitchers" section, and click him - there will be a mound visit option there."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Thing About 2k7?
This game is the shiznit with all of the presentation available. The best part is whenever they show the "Progressive Report" and highlight your stats in comparison to the entire league..
The worst are the fugazi throws and the the umpires screwing with you on close calls(not balls/strikes).Comment

Re: Favorite and Least Favorite Thing About 2k7?
Dislikes: The Rogers Centre is brutal - it rains there!I'm on the bad lighting boat here too. Also, has anyone seen where the pitch count is, or do I have to go into the Game Summary each time?
I'm also looking for an auto-field option, but can't find it.
Likes: The presentation is great, as is the commentary. And, all the little things are nice too, like A.I batters stepping out of the box to regain their composure.Comment

While you are pitching or batting move the D pad right to see batting stats. Move left to see the pitchers stats.
There is no auto field.Comment
