    addictive and immersive

these are the two words that best describe this game. it just sucks you in. that's a sign of a great game. shouldn't that be most important? yeah it doesn't play the perfect game of baseball. but in my opinion, baseball is the hardest sport to capture on a videogame. there are just so many aspects to it. for the most part, 2k7 gets it right. there are so many little things too that really just shows the essence of baseball. sure i would like some of the franchise bugs fixed. the AI could be better. they need to work on the outfield animations. they could get rid of those unrealistic throws by the pitcher. maybe some more camera angles. but for the most part, this game plays a very good game of baseball. it's fun, deep, immersive, and addicting. it feels real. credit to 2k for making it that way.

Yes i agree, there are things that urk me, though i have to say since i got the sliders the way i like them, this game has been AWSOME for me. I mean i havent had this much fun since 2k3 and that game was unreal. I dont do franchise and i just do season so all the problems dont effect me which sux for others. But to each there own, and i love it.

      Re: addictive and immersive

Seeing as how my girlfriend threatened to break up with me over the "other woman", I guess this game is pretty damn immersive!

Only things I don't like are CPU robbing 90% of homeruns that are just over the wall and my lack of patience at the plate.

      LOVING this game.

After Heelfans sliders this game is awesome. Immersive is the perfect word to describe it. I love editing my Stros down to a T. This is the only game where I dont skip any cutscenes. Commentary seems pretty natural too.

I mean everyday i play like 1 or 2 games. I great numbers, realistic batting averages, homeruns ext. And the little things as well , for me The mets Delgado after a important out he will do his fist pump in the air which could be on all 1st baseman's but he does it in real life so great. I mean every game i see something new, oh man this game is great. But one thing i have to enphasize is play with the sliders as much as you can, like for Beukeboom_23 maybe slowing the AI oufielders a bit would help you on getting your homeruns robbed. Other then that oh yea.

I couldn't have summed it up better myself.

Consider I lost track of my time this past weekend and rarely got up from in front of the tv. A great game. And I love how after playing probably 15 games I'm still seeing things I haven't seen before. And I never skip a cutscene either.

I am definitely addicted to this game online. Almost as much as I was with NFL2K5.

I like to play Franchise though and that is a mess, but one of the posts above mentioned that Season play does not have any problems? Does this mean the CPU lineup glitch is not in Season play? If not, I will be totally fine playing Season mode because by the time I am done, APF 2K8 will be out

I am completely addicted. I was at dinner at the inlaws last night thinking of how I could make my Nats better.

What's the fun in that? All I can see you gaining from that situation is maybe a better christmas present come the holiday season.

When they die, their estate becomes 50% yours, is how I'd look at it.

Edit:It is a good game-but a game it is. Life isn't. I'm not trying to be rude or take the edge off things Pistol-But isn't it a good idea to keep things in perspective? I've lost people who I'd love to have dinner with or spend time talking to them again.

I'm 99% sure the same line-up issues still arise in season vs. franchise.
