.my first no hitter in a baseball game! he had 11ks and it was in season it was awesome they counted down the outs, i think u must change each pitch differently eeach time andnot use full effort. i got the achievment also for people wondering

man i was so close yesterday...got to the 8th inning with pedro martinez before giving up a double with 2 outs! ..the problem is that his stamina is very low, so he got so tired that i couldnt evan see the pinpoint marker, as it was moving way to fast....

I had a no hitter with Milton (i know it would never happen with him) in 8th. I accidentally hit my second batter of the game and the damn umpire threw him out. Then I got my Manager tossed lol.

I've come close to a no no. It is one of the most nerve racking things you could do.

yep, got to the 8th as well when I lost it.... I hated how the announcers were counting it down! You're not supposed to do that! They jinxed me! LOL.

I don't ever remember seeing so many no-hitter/perfect game threads for a baseball game.

Is it due to the sliders you guys are using, or just easy pitching in general?

Buccos the sliders are intended for a more realistic game of baseball. Atleast you went about it in a more respectful way than when I got my first perfect game in MVP two years ago using Pareds sliders I think and some guy was a jerk about saying how I was using sliders. I remember that I would lose no-nos or perfect games to pitchers or off a blooper many times, did this happen to anyone else an odd number of times like me?

I think its the sliders they are using, because I feel I'm a pretty good pitcher and have not been close to a no hitter

I did it on All-Star with Mark Prior with absolutely no sliders whatsoever.

It was seriously like he just hit a groove in about the third inning and it was SO EASY to hit my spots. I also got a ton of ground balls.

they even say dont jinx him joe and laugh and i believe kennedy was up and they said watch out me and joe did a game where he hit 3 homers the year the angels won the ws i was gettin tense but battled thru,

my opinion is that if you where really good in 06 the show for ps2 online against top players with hundreds of game you already know how to pitch around and switch up.that is where i learned to be real good at pitching and i think it transformed and im really good inthis for 360

I flirted with a perfect game, except 'till the very last batter of the game, I messed up on an easy up-the-middle groundball. The fielding system is flawed because you could accidentantly press the Right trigger twice to get a boost out of your fielder, except it sometimes switches over to the other closest fielder. This is starting to piss me off, I gave up hits that are supposed to be caught.

I remember when I used to play all-star baseball, I had a perfect game going into the 9th inning with C.C. Sabathia, w/ 2 outs, Fernando Vina blooped a single to center.

Fast forward a couple of years, and I'm playing MVP Baseball, perfect game going into the 9th (fantasy draft season) and Fernando Vina breaks it up again, this time with a homer.

Ridiculous.
