Do Pitchers get tired in franchise mode

I played a few games so far in franchise and the starters i used were still at 100% for the next 2 games that i played. There were no days off between games. Has anyone else have this happen to them.

Nope...my starters and relievers have been taking 3-4 days to recover to full stamina.

          Is Player Fatigue off?
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

After playing some more games they are becoming fatigued. I do not know why they stayed at 100% in my previous games. I was a little worried.
