Catcher Snap Throw

Is it possible to have the catcher make a snap throw to catch a baserunner snoozing?

on a side note, i cant throw anyone out when i go into the catcher helmet mode.

I took catcher cam off and now that acradey crap is gone. Sorry for the guys that like it but that is just plain fluff to me.

i can't do a snap throw, could with 2k6 and the manual says you can, maybe only with catcher cam on, oh well i never threw anyone out anyways, lol.

Heel, how do you know you can? Does it say so in the manual? Have you done it?

To throw from the catcher to any base after a pitch, you need to pitchout prior...
I haven't seen any other way to do it after a regular pitch..
1. Press R-trigger + Click L-stick to pitchout - your pitcher pitches out..
2. After the pitchout, use the same controls as for a pickoff throw to a base..
Left-trigger + A, Y or X for the base you want to throw to - Your catcher throws to that base.

i was looking in the manual and don't see any way to do it either, it was in last yrs game but not any more

I hate the catcher cam. I put the ball right on the base but my catcher ends up throwing it high and to the left everytime. Dont know what is up.

I'm about to turn it off. Even when I lock on, throwing it perfectly, I have far too many that are thrown high or too late. I'm using probably the best catcher in the game too, with Pudge. Does it help turning it off? Do you have more pickoffs at 2nd?
