Are all Grand Slam HR's only 3 runs?

I am the Tigers and I'm playing the Rangers as I type this, I was ahead 5-0 and the Rangers had the bases loaded when Blalock hits a Grand Slam home run. I'm thinking, "darn, its now 5-4" but as I glance to the scoreboard, I see its only 5-3. Naturally I'm thinking that I must have just thought the bases were loaded and perhaps there were only 2 men on base. So upon checking the replay, there were in fact 3 guys on base.

I wonder if this always happens. I have hit one GS myself and I am 'semi' sure I was awarded all 4 runs, but maybe not.

Lol...that's a weird glitch. I have hit 1 GS so far and got all 4 runs and the hitter was credited with 4 RBI's so at least we know it doesn't occur all the time.
