and say 'NO' (3 or 4 times) when it asks you to change them....then make the changes you want..then save them.
so basically, everytime i turn on the game, i first go into the sliders, go through each screen answering NO when it ask me to change then i'm good to go for the whole time i have the game on. if i ever want to make changes...i load my sliders, answer NO four times then make my changes, then save them...then load them again to make sure, then play.
