    Any help with TV settings?

I have a 52" HD 16x9 and, while the graphics look great, half of the top overlay (with the score, count, etc.) is cut off. My TV has zoom on it but it doesn't affect the game. Does anyone have any suggestions for a fix?

    Thanks!

      Joey,

I had the same problem. You need to go into your xbox 360 dashboard to your display settings. It is the furthest page to the right. Change your display settings to 1080i. I felt kind of stupid when I discovered this because I had been playing with the standard tv setting since I got my 360 in November. I also recently found out that there is an optical input in the power plug so you can have surround sound. Hope this helps.

Thanks, guys. Yes, I am using a component input. I'll try the dashboard settings when I get home.

          Joey,
One other thing to remember- there is a switch on the component video cable to change from standard def to HD- don't forget to switch your cable to HD.

The optical plug on the cable is also kind of hidden- it has a small 'door' cover over it.
