    Timing a Wall Climb?

Been having a hell of a time trying to time these, usually end up face first in the wall. Do you hit the right stick up at the moment of seeing the indicator to climb?

    Cheers

Yes, and you will almost always catch it.

Well I was playing last night and sure enought the opportunity to rob a run came up and I grabbed the mofo! It was as easy as hitting the right stick up right after you see the indicator.

I did forget to mention a cool play that happened also by the cpu. They had tried to rob a homer from me and when he attempted to grab the ball out of the air it bounced off the top of his glove and barely fell over the other side of the fence for a homer! The replay looked really cool and the ball physics were done perfectly.

        Thanks again for the tips.

i've never even seen any kind of indicator. it's always just a red arrow and my guy does a head first dive right into the wall. i've tried waiting until it was too late to press the stick or pressing early and everything in between.

i think im just giving up moon shots or something.

The red arrow only indicates the area that the ball is likely to go over the wall. It is not the wall climb indicator.

The wall climb indicator actually says "wall climb" and has a picture of the right stick. Whenever this indicator is active, you can enable a wall climb (or sometimes just a catch against the wall) using the right stick.

Using the right stick at any other time will result in your player diving.
