    Simply rediculus

Boy did i get screwed this game. I'm using the perfect game sliders or whatever they are in the sliders section. Basically the game was going fine tie game in the early goings and then i begin to pull away. I bring in relief after schilling timlin gives up a bomb and ends the inning. I hit a bomb inning ends. I bring in my closer he gives up a bomb. Next inning i hit a bomb. Next inning he gives up another bomb. I hit a bomb to tie it. We go into extra innings. He gives up a bomb. I chain some great hits together to bring in the run and the inning ends. I pitch manny scales the monster to grab a ball and he injures himself. I bring in drew. Next pitch my brand new middle reliever does something and injures himself. I bring in tavarez like i have a choice and he proceeds to load the bases. And then they just hit the hell out of me from there. What the hell is the deal? I thought in previous games that i was getting robbed but GOOD GOD that was the biggest show of just stupidity it was so rediculus. I just sat there and stared at my screen for like 5 minutes in disbelief. Simply astonishing how set up that was. I was having by far the best game that i have on that. It was simply a blast and very exciting until all of this crap happened. It was the most blatant attempt at screwing the human player over that i think i have ever witnessed.

Not really clear. You and the CPU were hitting homerun after homerun after homerun and then the CPU rallied to beat you. Other than that, it's not really clear what your complaint is.

I didnt find anything about this rediculous except Manny scaling the Monster to rob a home run...not only is it not possible in real life, but you know even if it was possible, Manny's lazy *** isn't robbing a damn thing off the monster.

Not to pick on you, but the word is spelled: ridiculous. I think this is the most misspelled word on this site, lol.

Ya i never knew how to spell that lol. Anyway my main point that i was trying to push along to you was that i was having a great game. And all of a sudden the game just crapped on me. Injured two of my players one of which my pitcher in the same inning. And then i have to bring in an unwarm pitcher who got the **** hit out of him and i ended up losing. It just wasnt a fair loss.

                    Re: Simply rediculus

I remember one game where my team was up in extra innings. My stud closer quickly retires the first two batters, then the AI went crazy.

The next two guys hit singles, and the following guy did the same after first falling to an 0-2 count. At that point, a new pitcher comes in, and before you know it, he throws a pitch that ends up going to the backstop. And finally, the game ends with my team losing when my first baseman makes an error on the slowest, most routine grounder ever seen.

Now THAT was the most ridiculous, unrealistic series of events I've ever had to endure.

Oh wait. That was Game 6, 1986. My bad.

Haha, because there is no WAY you could have just lost the game... You MUST have been screwed by some cheap AI...

I wouldn't be suprised if you also "forgot to save" after that loss, and had to play the game over again...

It's one thing to have the CPU hit a homer in the bottom of the eighth inning or something, and have them end up winning the game. It's quite another to have the CPU hit homer after homer then injure to of your pitchers in a row. While it does sound unrealistic, you just have to deal with it. This type of **** happened in Madden 07 all the time to I'm kind of used to it by now. ****ing, I'm playing as the Ravens against Jim Sorgi (Manning was injured) and he throws for like 240 yards and 3 touchdowns in a second half comeback, where it looked like my guys [ravens defense] were 80 year old grandfathers walking around on the field.

Ya nice try smartass. It was an exhibition game. Perhaps if you had thought about it you could have made a somewhat intelligent post by not assuming my actions.
