I did this to Dotel in KC. I was down 4-1 going into the 9th. He retired two guys quick, and then all of a sudden...basehit, homerun. Its 4-3. All of a sudden meat ball down the middle, basehit, another meetball (curve, and I was expecting fast ball) so I swung and missed. Next thing I knew another meat ball, this time a fast ball, ripped out to left. So I have 2 guys on 2 out with crede up and he throws the 4th consecutive meat ball (where it shows you where the pitch is going to be) in a row and I crush it with Crede, but the damn thing fall at the warning track. I literally jumped out of my chair in excitment but sure enough he caught it Willie style over the shoulder and my heart was pounding, now partly in shock because I just lost. It was a pretty awesome experience though.

I had a tie game, bottom of the 9th, A-Rod up - who had already hit a HR. The pitcher (I can't for the life of me remember who it was, though it was against Boston) uncorked a wild pitch that went about 20 feet over Varitek's head. Game over.
