Re: GM CARRER SETUP screen
I personally turned trades off so they wouldnt make rediculous trades amongst themselves, left injuries on since there is an easy way to get players from the minors back up the big leagues if they get placed on the 60 day dl, 15 day dl and it appears they get put back like usual. I kept trade override on, it wont automatically force trades through but will give you the option if it is rejected, but this allows you to alter computer rosters to correct some mistakes by using your team as the middle man to fascilitate(sp?) the trade. -

How do you fix players moving for the minors back to the big leagues?Comment

Re: GM CARRER SETUP screen
I think I read in an earlier thread that if you force trade for them and then trade them back to their team then they will get put back on the mlb roster in their original spot.
Also, everyone says to leave hot and cold teams off as well as it will mess up your sliders.Comment

Re: GM CARRER SETUP screen
Yeah, basically use force trades. Trade for the player on the CPU's roster who is taking Pujols spot, then trade that player back for Pujols and then trade Pujols back for your player you traded in the beginning. Like the previous poster said, make sure you turn off hot/cold teams and dynamic difficulty, both of these settings will alter your sliders based on your production and how hot the computer is at the time, ie. Boston is hot and you play them, your sliders will drop and theirs will go up so as to reflect the fact that they are a hot team, seems stupid if you ask me atleast.Comment
