It's kind of a waste, my runners rarely beat the throw, even on tough plays. I do like it when they put the clock up showing a stolen base replay, at least that makes some sense to see.

i think the stopwatch is a cool idea.

it also shows that 2K did a GREAT job in balancing the speed of the players, distances of the bases, speed of the throws, etc...

Nope. They took this out. It is all based on ratings now.
