Well... I didn't think it would happen to me. But it did. My 360 went brick. It happened while I was playing MLB 2k7 (which is all I play nowadays). In the middle of a game, my screen went black. So I turned it off and rebooted again. No problems...until I get halfway into a game. It went black again. Booted it up again and I couldn't even get into the dashboard. Long story short... I will be without my 360 for about 2 weeks. This sucks horribly because I really need my baseball fix around Opening Day!
I am not completely without videogame baseball. Since I traded in the Show two days after I got it, my friend let me borrow his. He wasn't playing it (he is hooked on 2k7 too) and it was only gaining dust (I think a lot of The Shows are gaining dust). So I am playing the Show until I get my 360 back.
It is kind of like having your Ferrari being replaced by a 1990 Ford Tempo. Oh well...that extra money I spent on the warranty was still a great deal.
Until then, I will be longingly awaiting my return to MLB 2k7. But reading about your experiences is making me jealous.

Any ways that sucks bro, I think mine is getting ready to break down. Might be going back to best-buy soon, so far everything seems to be working. But it did shut off last night on it's own. The controller were flashing.
