    Can someone help me please?

I've been playing around with this games sliders for a few weeks now, and am FINALLY getting somewhat comfortable with them. However, a few things remain. Things I can't seem to fix. For one, my power is jacked up to 75, while contact is 100, yet 5 out of 6 balls hit are ground balls. My timing seems correct, and even balls higher in the zone appear to be grounders. I tried holding up on the felt d-pad, but then they just hit straight up the middle. Pop flys are very hard to come by on this game.

Another thing is the baserunning speed. I have that juiced to 100, yet the runners seem so ungodly slow it's nausiating. I tried tapping a button and it seems to maybe be working, or it could just be all in my head? Is there a way to speed them up manually?

Also, the CPU makes ridiculous diving plays. I may be getting them to stop doing it as frequently, but it's still annoying as a mother fu****!

Anyways, if anyone can offer some helpful tips, I would really really appreciate it.

To accurately evaluate your issues, you'll need to post your entire slider set.

Check your Pitcher Difficulty slider. When I have it on 70 I get one hit per game, if I have it on 65, I average about 8 hits a game. For such a minor tweak, it makes a huge difference, which is why I wish they didn;t go in 5 point increments...

Very good point. Pitcher difficulty and pitcher stamina are key elements to having balanced gameplay this year. I'd say go to the slider forums and try to find an average for both of those. It does work different for everyone when it comes to sliders-some swing at crap, some are patient. I'm in the niddle somewhere. I'm finally down to averaging 4 strikeouts(on my behalf) per game. I just get the occasional S.O. because of that dopey bunt thing they put in the swingstick this year. I would have liked to have seen that as a button feature. EDIT: I agree that the human running speed is a little off. So, I jacked up the error slider-....and the infielder speed/throw strength went down to compensate for those superman diving plays you spoke of baumy300.
