Okay, first of all yes, I still haven't broken down and purchased a new Xbox 360. I am still hanging on to the few real gems that I have for the Xbox. I have been playing Espn 2k5 for my football fix (I'm in the playoffs for the year 2019 or something) and I still play MVP 05 for my baseball jones. (I simmed to 2025 so I don't have to worry about accurate rosters because they're all made up). So the question is given that they are no longer making games for the Xbox, should MLB 2k7 be my baseball game or does MVP 05 still reign supreme? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, C-Bus

Well,if your'e thinking about getting a 360 and have other games on your mind,I'd do it anyway. To get a 360 for this game only-no,I wouldn't. i bought the 360 for this soley for this game, and was before playing mvp on ps2 before . im happy i made the switch. the franchise isnt as in-depth but the game play is better, graphics are better, animations are better, sliders work better than mvp. so overall i dont regret it, in fact cant stop playing, looking forward to a couple years when they revamp the franchise .Comment

People who didn't really play MLB 2K5 and 2K6 last-gen will tell you to maybe go for it. People who did play MLB 2K5 and 2K6 last-gen will tell you to run - don't walk - as fast as you can in the opposite direction of your local gaming store. FLEE!

dont know about XBox, but 360 is sick...everyone says theirs glitches, but I don't feel them...This is my remedy for the broken heart that EA Sports and the MVP team and engine have given me...Go Blue!!!Comment

I just got through playing this game for a hour or so this morning, and I cant believe I'm about to say this, but its starting to grow on me
. When I first bought this game a few weeks ago I didnt think I was going to be able to get into it, but the more I play the more its growing on me. I still cant get over the pausing in the middle of gameplay and the blue freakin' bats!!!

Er, actually, no I haven't. Okay, but I have seen tons of blue bats used in Little League games...
Actually, that's not true. Come to think of it, the only blue bats I've seen are those $3.99 baseball sets from Walmart that come with a plastic bat and a couple of plastic baseballs. But I digress...
