Anyone else intrigued by the "timing" swing of WSB

? Does it work kinda like HH? Re-read the Q and A from WSB....its in there, but nobody is really talking about what this means to batting. No power swing....interesting.

I wish Fatpitcher would elaborate on this. I am definitely interested in using the timing swing in WSB, but I'm not sure how they are implementing it.

It could be that you can make contact (given good timing) but if you swung at a ball, or a pitch on the outside fringes of the plate, the result is poor contact, or a miss. If you time it right and swung at a strike, the result is a hard hit ball.

I really like that wsb2k3 has the opition for timed hitting which is no cursor. Its based on players rating and such. I hate the cursor.
