Anyone else had this problem?

So I just played the last game of my GM with the Brewers and I made the playoffs. But everytime I try to sim past the last day, in order to make the jump to the playoffs, my game freezes. I've tried it countless times. Anyone else seen this? Is there anyway around this, is there anything I can do in order to not lose my whole GM? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, all the time. Try playing the last game or managing and then see if the playoffs appear.
