Im thinking of buying this game. I got about 65 bucks store credit at ebgames and i'm really craving for an mlb game. After 2K6, Im just not sure if ill be into 2k7. Is it vastly superior with deep slider tweaks + DKrause's rosters? Convince me dude, convince me!?

I was really hesitant to buy this game as well. I actually ended up buying it and not opening it for a while (just in case i wanted to return it) because i wanted to make sure the reviews were good.
I'm glad i ended up keeping it. Its a solid game. With the right settings it plays a very good game of baseball. Still not as good as a game like High Heat but its getting there.
With that said this game is far from perfect. There are several statistical bugs that need to be fixed, and the AI Game Management needs tightening up as well.
This game is MUCH better than last years version. So your main concern is that this game is like last years version, don't worry about that.
Also you could always rent it first. -

Instead of bumping, just rent the game. If you're a fan of timed hitting, pitch targets and ball cursors, you'll probably enjoy the game. If you prefer zone hitting and playing with all those cursors and pitching/hitting aids off, then the game will disappoint.Comment

YEs, with the right sliders is definately worth it. it has it has a few flaws like any baseball game, but nothing to completely ruin the game. this is mvp of the new gen. i think next years game will be the real deal , they are almost there.Comment
