    Question regarding hitting?

I'm using the 'Perfect' slider set @ highest difficulty due to the way it plays although I'm 0-5 (lost 3 by 1 run and 2 blowouts due to my pitching). I'm just wondering this. As soon as the pitcher starts I found my best results are to have the right thumb stick back as soon as windup starts and then swing. Are you supposed to do this in one fluid motion? Or is what I'm doing OK?

Also I saw there is a save franchise option when I'm playing. Is this like an in-game save feature?

    Re: Question regarding hitting?

Supposed to pull back / step as the ball leaves the pitchers hand. I find it too difficult a visual clue though so I instead use his foot landing for my cue to pull back. There is a bit of a wait to decide to swing or not. So I wouldnt worry about a one fluid motion.

Yes the save franchise option while playing a game will save it at that exact point.

Thanks for the information. I do the best when I pull back right away.

Is the in-game save available for only certain games? I tried playing one at lunch and couldn't finish it but I couldn't find where this option was..
