I was just in the middle of a game and it froze up first time I've had that problem. So i restart my 360 and I get 3 flashing red lights. What has happend ? Please help me.

Your 360 just died. Is it still under warranty? If it is called MS and tell them they should fix for you. Or if you got the warranty from the place you bought it, take it there. Good luck.

thanks a lot I still have all the paper work everything. My wife bought it for me for Christmas at Game Stop so I should be able to bring it back there and exchange it since i still have my receipt and all dont you think

There is a towel trick online that has helped alot of people with the red rings of death. There is a plastic film in the system that gets loose alot and causes the red rings of death, but the towel trick melts away that film and fixes the problem. I know of alot of players personally that have done this and it has worked. U can give it a try before sending it in.

If you bought the warranty there then you should be fine. I would do that instead of the towel trick. as long as you got the protection plan through gamestop you should be fine.

It's covered under the manufacturer's warranty for the first year anyway.
