The option is under game controls. It would probably make more sense for it to be in presentation.

Re: Update
Well I'm running into the save glitch now and just lost a couple of games of the Season I was playing because they wouldn't save properly.
With NCAA Football 08 coming out soon I think I'm going to put MLB 2K7 on the shelf. Overall it was a decent effort - much improved over last year - but still enough problems that it's just not quite there yet for me. Hopefully Year 2 of Brinkman's plan will iron out some of the flaws. The game is going in the right direction anyway.Comment

Re: Update
I'm still not seeing many HR's from me or the CPU teams. I'm using swing stick and have lots of trouble getting a power swing to work.Comment

Re: Update
ok so i have come to the conclusion that their is something seriously wrong with this game. I did the clear cache and started all from scratch. Well i used the rosters from Chris in the roster section. changed some ratings on some players. then i drop and released some guys. next created 3 guys. all this time after I go something i would save it. Then i go and do the lineups and then the pitching rotation. I then go to the save section. I dont see the roster file no more and the profile file says damaged. So I try to save the file and i get a error message saying that it can not be saved to the hd. I have no more ideas. Anyone else having this problem? I am not to happy. I might just start all over with out the update. it seems everything has gone down hill since I have installed the patch.Favorite Teams

I know it sucks, but that seems like it's the only way to get the game to work properly post patch.
I'm using the 6/18 roster with no edits and I've never had an issue.Comment

Re: Update
There is definitly a framerate hit at times on balls hit to the OF and even some throws from the infielders, but it hasn't hurt gameplay so far - no missed pop flys or errors because of the framerate hit.
With most games now coming in at 60 fps for the 360, this should go away with 2k8.
Thanks, it's certainly not that big a deal, but if guys want no spin, it's there. Some guys want zero framerate problems, some don't care. Some don't know.
Now, those save problems. Man, what a let down.Comment

Re: Update
I'm using classic swing..but let me clarify. I was seeing too many HR's for the CPU. On All tar default their Contact is at 60, the AI is at 65 and the power is at 60. Just a little too strong for me.Comment

Re: Update
Then I guess I am the one that don't know, because I see no frame rate problems at all. lol OH well, I hope they patch a save issues. I am sure they know, so hope they do something.Comment

Re: Update
I think someone else mentioned this also but it seems like since the patch, the batters swing a lot faster. It really has messed up my timing.Celtics-Red Sox-Patriots

Re: Update
I have either hit a long streak of luck or the "clear cache and reinstall everything" fix has worked for me. I did extensive editing to the June 18 update and then started a franchise yesterday. I have played the first two series (six games total) without the save glitch appearing.
After six games I have noticed that the game play is vastly improved with this update. The hit variety for both myself and the CPU is so much better than the original game. I also feel that classic hitting has been tweaked quite a bit. I now can pretty much tell where a ball is going when I make contact, unlike before where half the time I had contact the ball went in the complete opposite direction of what I anticipated.
I'm definitely hooked on this game now, hopefully it doesn't revert back to the saving glitch for me."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Update
Can someone tell me how you clear the cache on the 360? By clearing the cache will you lose all game save files, videos, and arcade games stored on your hard drive? Or does it just clear all the updates you've downloaded for all games?Comment

Re: Update
Well, I do not know what all clearing actually does. However, here is how I did it...First, go to the screen where it shows all your memory devices. Next, push the Y button while the hard drive is selected . Third, hit X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. A message will ask you if you want to perform maintenance. Choose yes and you're done! I'm typing this from memory as I'm not near my 360 right now, so I hope I didn't leave out anything or mislead you!Romans 10:13Comment
