decision
I used to have MLB 2k7 and I loved it... except for the gameplay. I ended up trading it in bc i just couldnt take the 8 hrs a game. I bought mlb 07 the show and im farely satisfied with it but now im reading about all these new patches for the mlb 2k7 and i wanna know if its worth getting it again. I felt if the gameplay could improve, i could be overall happy with this game. How big is the gameplay turn around with these new patches and is it worth getting again?Tags: None -

YES. I recently traded my ps3 for a 360. I have played 2k7 before the patch and to me it was unplayable. so after playing mlb for a while i didnt think i could get my baseball fix from 2k7 but after the patch and the new pole cam im loving it. to me its just as good as mlb now. -

I wasn't ultra happy with the game and kept thinking about going the PS3 route. Since the patch, I havent been able to stop playing. They really made some big improvements.Let's Go Yankees!

i have both games and to me if you can get it used on half.com or at a gamestop its worth it. hitting is more realistic with the swing stick than it is with button mashing and if you pitch on zone, you mimic the overall pitching experience, (especially missing spots and laboring with lower stamina). and visually this game is amazing. i play the show only for the rtts mode and have a franchise going with mlb 2k7. its more fun than the show and to me that's what its all about.
