I've been only playing exhibition since I got it and the stadiums are always full is it the same once you got franchise?

Yes it does.
Regular season weekday games usually have smaller crowds then weekend games, it also varies according to your record.
Also I am currently in the playoffs and every game is packed.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72. -

heck, even changes day to day... opening day my place was packed.. a day later, the Upper deck had sporadic amounts of people...Comment

Yea I was definately impressed how the crowd changes day to day. I lost 5 games in a row and the stadium looked empty, then won 3 in a row and the stadium looked a little more packed, and then by the time I got my record to 23-14, the stadium was packed for me.Texas A&M Aggies

The thing they need to change is some of the places that are always filled. I am using the cubs and I am under .500 and lost like 4 in a row and Wrigley looked like a ghost town. The bleachers were almost completly empty. We know this will never happen.Comment
