Any help?

Today i decided after a month of not playing my 2k7 i decided to fire it up. I go into the options just fine, and pick my team. Once i start the game, it locks up on the loading screen. It shows the image of the blimp, and then the sound cuts off. I figure the game is fried. Has this happened to anyone? Maybe my game just got a defect to it, or there is a patch that fixes this hang up?

There is no visible starches btw.

Happens to me all the time. Just take out the disc, put it back in and it should play.

Freezing in this game is a known issue.

Some ppl got it from day one, some got it much later. It happens to all of us (a lot or a little).

Turn off the game, try again. That's all you can really do. My game froze in that spot before and I turned it off and back on, boom, it worked. The cure for the freezing issue... turn off, on, try again.

maybe try another game? then put it back in. i heard someone say dipping the cd in boiling water helped but i dunno

or try and dl the patch, although i dont think it'll help but if you get the game to start, you may enjoy it more

Have you downloaded the new patch? For me and many others it's been a post patch issue..I've had to start 3 new franchises in the past month.

It happens to me here and there, but not often. I usually turn off the system, remove the game and put it back in.
