traded in mlb 2k7 and madden yesterday...hopefully the dualshock 3 comes out by the time my ps3 gets here so I will get that. but man, mlb 2k7 gave me tons of joy; hopefully 2k8 does the same

If video games were in Toy Story, would the discs/cases be alive, too? Anytime I don't play with a toy anymore, I think for a second that like what if it were alive, then I play with it at least one last time again.

Being able to mod a game makes a huge difference when it comes to the lifespan of a game.

Two examples:
In terms of baseball game MVP '05 still keeps me coming back after all these years.

There are others but I'm not going to hijack this post. In my opinion, we depend too much on the game developers to make the same game fresh year after year.
