Can you control MOST aspects of the franchise? I mean like last year, yeah they had ticket prices, it really didn't do much, will it be anything like Madden where you can upgrade your stadium (even rename it) set concession prices, etc.?

Probably not. Brinkman has said he isn't a big fan of things like that in Franchise.

Like the other poster said...Brinkman stated he isn't a fan of setting prices for hot dogs etc...But he did say that he knows there are people who like to do that stuff so he might of included that "Madden" like aspect. Since they are saying they did so much to franchise I'm curious to find out what exactly they did...

I would love to see arbitration, a Rule 5 draft, and a waiver system implemented, but like other OS'ers agreed on my thread about the topic...this is likely not to happen. And if Brinkman says he isn't a fan of setting all the little prices etc. then what has been done exactly?

All they've made word of in regards to franchise is having MOST of the Minor League teams to play with. If that's it I'm gonna be pissed. So now they tack on more physical games I would have to play, but no real baseball franchise features?

I really want to get some info on these franchise features, and the specifics to what is new.

Right now all it is sounding like is they've included all the Minor League teams, and some mention of having to progress your Minor Leaguers along in the hopes of maybe finding a "Tim Lincecum" as his name was mentioned in an interview.

Do we know if International teams are included in the Minors? Like can you find a player in Japan or Korea and get him to your team?

I think that was in the game last year, I know for sure you can hire scouts that specialize in finding international players. But I can't for the life of me remember how it works. I think they are just in the regular draft pool. But I'm not sure, I haven't gone through an offseason in 2K7 in months.
