I wonder why they took this option out? I only hope it is real scheduling at least. I realize yr 2 in franchise mode would be but I hope at least they follow the the 08 schedule.

Re: No Season Mode????
Ok for example the Yanks play Toronto opening day.. Will 2K8 in franchise mode be that game or would it be like a fantasy schedule..say Yanks vs W.Sox for opening day? I have noticed that and another reason I dont like franchise mode...Does that make sense?Comment

It'll be the real schedule, it was the real schedule last year. Maybe you encountered a weird bug or something.Comment

Exactly, the only thing wrong I found in last years game was that I never played a Sunday night game. Ever. No Yankees/Sawx, Yankees/Mets Sunday night games.
Kind of funny when you have Miller and Morgan as the announcers!Comment

Re: No Season Mode????
All they did was condense every Season mode into one Franchise mode with OPTIONS.
Thus meaning, you can probably play a normal season, without worrying about ticket pricing and players emailing you, or scouts emailing you to sign players.
There is probably several options within that one mode to choose from. I think they did this to make it more streamlined.
And EVERY Franchise mode, the first season is the REAL MLB season, just the ones after that are made up schedules (like every sports game).
At least that is the way I understood it.Last edited by EnigmaNemesis; 01-13-2008, 03:30 PM.Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment
