Alright 2K, it's time to give in and show us some vids

I am sick of seeing new screens and videos for MLB 08 the show like every night! It's time for 2K to show off what they have and get us 2K guys pumped! It almost seems like a battle between the fans, and right now MLB 08 is winning only by default..... I know you've got awesome vids to share with us 2K, well now is the time!

Honestly, at this point, I'm only waiting on gameplay videos. I don't think trailers will do anything for me. I need to see how everything is unfolding at once. Not just one swing, one stadium, one dive, sans actual crowd and commentary audio... I'd like to see a good stance or two, pitch speed, strike zone, camera angles, the heads-up display... the whole thing.

That said, from this point on, I can't really blame 2K for anything that isn't shown, because I can only really expect gameplay footage on IGN or Gamespot (maybe GameTrailers). The only way 2K can be holding back is if they haven't actually sent the beta out yet. Let's hope that happens soon.

I have a major sickness. I'm a 32 year old man who checks this site every 10 minutes to see if there are any videos, or updates from KushGamer. I need help. I've never been so pumped up for a game in my life.

I don't see this as bad marketing like most of you though. I think it's genius on their part. They have a marketing schedule which I'm sure they're following. They're building anticipation for their title. Look at all of us talking about it and growing uneasy. That's marketing in itself. I ask how is this hurting them by not giving us videos days or weeks ago? Are they losing sales? They've got greatness up their sleeve and they're going to unleash it on us all shortly. Last years game was great IMO(sure every game has some flaws). It can only get better with Brinkman behind the helm and his vision for this game.

I'm looking forward to this game as much as anyone but for some of you guys get your panties in a wad over screen shots which is just crazy. The graphic will be fine. Weren't they beautiful last year? KushGamer said he thinks they look even better. Sure he works for the company but why lie when we'll see videos shortly. Wait until they post some videos. Screenshots have never done a thing for me. You can fluff up any picture but videos don't lie. I want to see the game in action and I'd be shocked if this place isn't BUZZING after the videos are posted. We're in a society where everyone wants something NOW. Good things come to those who wait. At least that's my rational to make myself feel better.

Lol, this post really hits it for me except I am 41!! I have played virtually every baseball game and series since Intellivision in my teens and none has ever held me or done it right. I am sure I will be burned, but I have high hopes this year.

I have bases loaded on my computer, along with like 200 other NES games, baseball stars is the best! i have been playing all the old NES baseball games.
