One thing that bothered the hell out of me was players on the field suddenly turning into zombies when a play was going down.
Wanna know what led me to this:
Well here I am playing a league game and it was a tight one. Think it was extra innings but the scoring was very low. Well my opponent knocks one deep to left field. Matsui gets on his horse but doesn't time the wall and the ball's arrival correctly so he gets all discombobulated and goes into this long drawn out animation of trying to regain his balance and composure, not a problem because the CPU controlled Damon has already came over to back him up, at least so I thought. Well after the ball hits the wall it comes to a complete stop right at Damon's feet. Great, my opponent , who had a man on first running, wont make it home in time if I can get that throw off and I should have time to get him. Well what does Damon do while Matusi is still counting the birds flying in circles over his head, STANDS THERE. The ball is 6 inches from his feet and he just stands there. I'm trying desperately to switch to a zombified Damon and the cpu just would not give me control of him. He never bothers to pick up the ball and the guy scores and that's game.
PLEASE FIX THIS. Because this IS A GAME KILLER.

My second game with 2K7, the CPU bloops a single over Jeter's head, who ends up running into shallow left field. I field the ball with Matsui and chuck it to Cano on second, who gets the CPU in a rundown. I run Cano towards Giambi at first and toss him the ball. The CPU turns and runs towards second... and runs and runs and makes it in standing up, with no other Yankee player in sight. I'm like, "What the...?!?!"
