I get that it is controlled by the right analog stick but Im confused by the review. How do you actually control it, when do you move the stick to decide which pitch you are throwing and when do you release?

To start the motion u pick the pitch u want....then the grpahic will show u witch way to move the right stick to throw the pitch....u release the pitch (and stop the motion) when u reached the point indicated by the graphic....releasing it early or late will result in a bad pitch....the graphic will resemble the motion you would make with ur hand to throw that pitch in real life....so a fastball u just c.ock back and throw....curve u pit some spin on the ball so u would rotate the stick in a similar motion....and so on and so on....

im kind of curious as to how you select pitch location. Does the cpu do it for you automatically? that would be terrible.

Cursor. Pick the pitch location with the cursor, then try to execute the pitch to get it there.

How do you determine how much effort you want? Do you maybe just not go "all the way" with the pitch, or what?
