I remember in the Brinkman interviews, he discussed having a new feature in the presentation part of the game, where it will cut to the studio or what have you with Jeanne Zelasko and Steve Physioc in between innings (possibly pitching changes) and plays.
What do you think it might be? Do you think it will be just spoken updates and scores, with actual game changing events that happened in other games? Or would they go one step further and show actual HIGHLIGHTS of a HR or a play that inning of another CPU game going on?
Also, wouldn't it just be a shocker and rock if a milestone is reached, or about to, and they cut away in between a play or inning to try and get that coverage?
Then again, it could just be insight to what is going on in the current game, kind of like the "down on the field" people local game casts have. Which would still be pretty neat as well.

), but the only graphical game I've ever seen do an in-game simulation of other games is an old Acclaim series - NHL Breakaway. You could watch on the ingame ticker as the clock counted down and the score changed, and then see a stat from the game after it went final. It was the best presentation element I'd seen in a game to that point - too bad the gameplay was dreadful.
