Still cranky about the Super Bowl? KushGamer addressed this already. He said you have to miss BADLY (read: your finger has to pretty much come off the stick) to throw a meatball. If you miss by a little bit, it's not a meatball, but you don't hit your location perfectly.

My point about your "shtick" is that when EVERYTHING you say about the game is negative, it gets a little "Boy Who Cried Wolf."

It's probably justt he way they played the game, but there loosk to be a delay between when the fielder gets the ball and when the meter comes up.

Hopefully there is a way to use classic controls and throw to a base just using the face buttons.

No, not cranky at all.. I am just going by this review from IGN just posted recently.

I wouldnt go as far as saying that "EVERYTHING you say about the game is negative.."

There are things I do like about the game and some that I am hoping they fix....I had 2k7 and played it quite a bit.. and there were a lot of things wrong with it as everyone knows. So I am just hoping that this year, a lot of the problems are fixed and the game continues to progress.
