Are TRUE Custom Soundtracks in this year?

This was one of the biggest things I loved about the 2K series on the original XBOX. The 360 has yet to bring this in. Will we have situational, true, custom soundtracks this year? If not, to what exent will custom soundtracks be available on MLB 2k8.

    Thanks in advance!

No, not this year they said.

I dont think any 360 game is to tell you the truth. And if someone can correct me, please do. If no 360 game has this (besides opening the blade and pressing play) ... I think it may have something to do with how the 360 stores the songs now.

I haven't noticed it on any of my 360 games. I much prefer it to the dashboard system though. On MVP NCAA 06 I remember I just had Spoon's Kill the Moonlight as my soundtrack. Best soundtrack in any game ever!

Like I said, I have yet to see ANY 360 game feature this. I think it has to do with the whole piracy thing and how MSFT stores the music on the 360.

Glad to know it isn't a limitation with DRM on the 360 now.

Too bad it wont have it this year ... again for MLB2K!

PGR games use custom soundtracks in-game too.

I would really love to be able to choose the in-game music, especially the stadium music. If that feature is in this year, I will definitely be using this song for Hideki Matsui. I'd like to see the reactions of Red Sox pitchers when they hear that for the first time.
