Looks like were gonna have to wait a month before the first roster updates.

Also I gotta quick question, I have Xbox Live-Silver, Will I still be able to update the rosters.

Considering that The Show videos already had Fukudome in them, I'm pretty sure he's in the game. However the fact that he seemed to emphasize it makes me wonder.

Hopefully both games get that photoshopped Mets cap on Santana's head though lol.

This is what I need to know, It would be a big disappointment if I need a Xbox-Gold account just to update the rosters.

If I remember correctly,
Last year "game" updates were free, but roster updates required XboxLive GOLD. I imagine it will be the same this year.

Yes, you had to have gold for updates.

The Show will probably have it, but there is no way that 2K8 will. KushGamer said that Abreu still has a Phillies cap in his picture. And neither Hughes, Joba, or Chamberlain will have real pics. The people at 2K just don't care about details, it seems.

Thats terrible, if they did not even do this my question will be what the heck did you spend all your time on? The new systems better be phenomnal if I cant even get Hughes or Joba's pic, or proper crowd reactions

I'm willing to wager that next year we'll see a vastly ramped up presentation and such. After all, it's a 3 year plan and this is what? Year 2?

Seems to me the first year was mostly status quo, this year they've worked on the in game mechanics and next year we'll probably see improved graphics and crowd interaction etc etc.

That's my hope at least.

He said he doesn't know why they put the old picture of him with a Phillies cap this year. He also said that Hughes had his real picture in an earlier build, but it was deleted and replaced with a 3D scan of his face (Like Burnett had last year).

At least they have Hughes' pitching motion in the game, but the Show has Hughes and Joba's motions, and will have both their pics. I like both games, but it baffles me how 2K sometimes just ignores details.

im going to take a deep breath and look past this b/c I have not had a shred of anything to feel good about 2K for a whiile. Just give me the demo and if that sucks then im getting a PS3 b/c 2K has found a way top ruin their 3 yr plan excuse IMO
