It looks like a possibility that us guys who share a "Field of Dreams" obsession might get lucky this year...It all depends on how indepth 2K is willing to go with this...
Ideally we will get all the great historic teams with all the old time players with retro uniforms and Classic Stadiums included...But as we know nothing is ideal, on the other hand anything short of utopia would be satisfying...

My number 1 priority would be to have whatever 2K offers available in Franchise and Season modes which would allow us to experience historic baseball seasons from the past...

Can't wait to hear more on this...

Wasn't one of the choices for a trainer you could hire the doctor guy (can't remember name) from Field of Dreams?

I don't think Madden was the only franchise to ever include classic teams and players in their games. They also won't be the last.

I hope they don't. If they do, everyone will use it and just make a stacked team to play with online. It'll be awesome if you actually have to WORK to put together a good team in the game, rather than just punching a code in and having a super-team.

This feature may actually get me into playing on xbox live, rather than sticking to single player only.

                              Double Deuce,
You make a good point and what you say makes sense, to keep a level playing field with on line play...

All I'm saying is it would be nice if they offered a cheat option for people who play Franchise & Season modes...Some guys just don't enjoy jumping through hoops to get all the goodies, they have more fun playing meaningful season games...

At any rate I can't wait to get some more information on "player card goodies"

I dont think there will be any straightforward way to cheat the system. As someone mentioned, putting in a cheat code would undermine the entire system and give everyone stacked card teams. The cards should be thought of sort of like 360 Acheivements.
