I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

The key is whether or not one believes 2K is proudly hyping the game, or knowingly telling untruths. IMO, with their statement about the commentary, it sounds like they're intentionally out to deceive the consumer.

It's clear they don't have the best commentary in the business. The commentary in the game is old, stale and limited. And they know they've put no resources towards improving and expanding the commentary, in order to make it the 'deepest'. In other words, they're aware all that hype is simply a fabrication.

If they had scruples, they'd say something along the lines of "Commentary by the award-winning team of Jon Miller and HOFer Joe Morgan..." and leave it at that.

hey kush, not necessarily your "cue" but do you have any idea about future games with or without morgan and miller?

any plans for replacing them next year?

Can't comment on any specifics. It is something that has been talked about every year I worked there. Will next near be the year? We'll see...

Was there some sort of consensus that the commentary was getting stale and that they just weren't able to get as much out of the duo as they either hoped? Or are they under the opinion that it's not much of a big deal either way?
