What happened to early February?

I thought they said a demo would be out in early February. Today would be the last day of early February. Anyone know what is going on?

Early feb was never an official date. Brinkman said he was hoping to have it out then. I have a feeling we'll see it before the game ships. Maybe the weekend right before, but I think it will be out before.

I feel the same way, but guys here feel offended when you complain that there is no demo as promised. I can wait but like you said why have a demo just days before you release. the show is out and its great, even for a demo.

its not about not being able to wait....its about lies. 2K never backs up what they say and they do everything halfass. The Show has delivered on everything it has ever promised

It might not be 2k's. They have to go through a lot of red trape. It is probably MS that is holding up the demo, but go ahead if you want to blame 2k.

Maverick, I wouldn't go that far. Remember last year. The roles were switched. Everyone was freaking out because there was no information on the PS3 version of the show. The game didn't even make it's original release date and that game turned out fine.

I'm a big fan of the show. But, give 2K a break. There are so many variables we are not aware of. You think BB purposely deceived the people who will buy his game. That's not smart. It was never a definite early Feb. It was hopefully early Feb.

I'm as disappointed as the next guy. But, what can you do?

Yea, It's obvious that a demo isn't ready yet. But, like I said, "what can we do?" I don't think our post on OS are going to make the demo come any faster.

Edit: When it does come out I bet everyone is gonna say how terrible it is anyway. Even if it's 10 times better than 2K7.

The game "Skate" has the same kind of system when it comes to using the analog sticks. Skate ended up putting it's demo or tutorial into the released game for those to understand the new system, I'm assuming 2K will do the same thing, so to assume that 2K is taking up time to do two different things (the demo and the shipped game itself) is probably not right if they end up putting the demo/tutorial into the shipped game. I have a feeling this is probably how it'll work. Later

This is complete garbage... their marketing has been late the coverage has been late and ANYTHING we've seen so far has been either poor quality or badly presented and now...WHERES THE DEMO? Where's the freakin demo!
