- In a future game would Ben Brinkman ever consider letting us OS posters send in our last name to be added to 2K's name database? It would be great to hear our last names announced!...

They are not going to call a conference call 10 days from release to answer tough questions about their game! It's about marketing. Ben Brinkman is going to praise the game like he has in every other interview so far. PastaPadre can submit all the tough questions he wants, they won't be chosen. And if he does get to ask a tough question, Brinkman will dance around it and find a way to talk about something positive.

Not really a fan of sliced bread myself. But maybe we'll get some info on these special new features that nobody can talk about yet. But I agree, probably just some marketing mumbojumbo about the added animations and whatnot. They are really missing out by not having their demo out by now. MLB 08's demo is pretty decent, but I don't see any massive improvements other than a slight graphical upgrade and better lighting and textures. But regardless, I'm hoping for some new info from Ben and a reason why their demo hasn't hit yet.

The new secret special ultra-awesome game mode that IGN couldn't talk about ended up being the playing card system.

IGN sucks. KushGamer confirmed it. There is nothing hidden or any secret games modes in 2K8. They were talking about the trading cards.
