That's amusing.

However, if 2K is going to release new pictures of 2K8, why can't they show us some pictures of the new minor league ballparks, screen shots of the new franchise interface, or anything else.

I would rather these pictures get released after the game ships... Maybe that's just me.

How ridiculous and stupid. People are dying for info and they waste time releasing garbage like this? What do they hope to accomplish with this, did they think little 8 year olds are going to see these pics and beg their mothers for the game? Their marketing department is such a freaking joke.

Heck, I've never even used Home Run Derby. Just the game, just the game.

Chompin' at the bits to see some more stuff 2k!

2k just seems like a ship with no captain

'big head' mode just wreaks of a The Bigs feature...why not keep it there
Bummed that you're not on my ignore list yet?.....Don't worry, I'm sure you will be very soon.

I love how they can't fit alternate jerseys and unlockable stadiums on the 360 disk, but they find a way to keep total garbage like this and HR Derby in the game.

I agree about Big Head Mode but Homerun Derby? That's a part of baseball history. Every baseball game has it.

Bottom line is that 90% of the folks that buy this game aren't sim and aren't looking for sim. Of course they gear this to the kids...they will probably make up the majority of their sales. As for the big heads, the fact that they are in here doesn't make the game less sim...heck, NFL 2K5 had "big heads" and I think folks thought it was pretty sim.

There have been games in the past without it. It isn't needed.
