HOF/ Records in 2k8??

I am a big fan of records and the HOF, I was just wondering if 2k7 had that, and if not will they have this in 2k8?!?!?!

Yeah i think that was in last year hopefully it will be in this year

Yup, definitely in and actually one of the statistical areas where it outshined The Show last year, IMO. The only issue I had with it was percentage based stats (AVG, OBP, SLG, etc) did not always record in the record book. Other than that, it was very well done

I wonder how they are going to list the Career HR Leaders. Will they have a fake name at the top with 762 next to it or will they just leave it with Hank Aaron's 755.

Barry's records were not there last year. Hank Aaron was still the All-Time leader until A-Rod surpassed him in my franchise. Bonds isn't signed w/ the MLBPA so they can have a madeup player like him, but that player has no career statistics and thus he will not be listed in the record books.

I wish that they would have the modern era pitching records. I would like to maybe push to have Cole Hamels become the all-time winningest pitcher of the modern era, but if I achieve that it won't be recognized since they track career wins starting w/ Cy Young and his 500+ which is impossible to ever achieve.

They should just put his stats in. Last year they had real players with fake names but it had their real stats. That is how I figured out who some of the fake players were.
