    Guys, leave the moderating to the mods around here as making such comments is another way of trolling and instigating trouble.

    The OP was just asking a question regarding the hitting system in this game. There really was no reason to jump on him.

    I'll leave this open for now.

        To me this seems like an obvious attempt to stir up trouble. Maybe it was the 20 exclamation points. Anyway, to answer your question, you write the code so that timing is what is considered when hitting. Another option would have been nice, but hey, its the only game for the 360, and the only option they give us. I think I can live with it if the batters hit more like their real life counterparts, for example, Papi pulling the ball most of the time.

            I like the timed hitting with the right stick, it's fun, and I actually find it more difficult that the other way (having to time the step, etc.).

            To each his own I guess...

                See this is my problem, I create a thread for all the 2k8 haters to bash the game and praise the show ESPECIALLY for the obvious fanboy who started this thread...........yet mine gets locked, and his is still open and can still bash 2k8
