Does anyone have any idea if there will be any reviews for 2k8 that will come out soon?
Either IGN, Gametrailers, etc?

I will refrian but I agree with you the games publicity and news has been awful towards someone that's trying to make a decision.

I'm pretty much getting it regardless but will in an INSTANT return it if i see somethin I don't like or feel the ps3 version has been comprimised...BUt i have it on good word that it isn't and that i shouldn't worry so I'm patiently waiting now with good enthusiasm.

It makes sense if you don't want bad reviews and bad consumer demo experiences ruining your sales.

Thats assuming this game is going to be bad, the jury is still out on that. I think that this game has a chance to be really good actually, assuming they were accurate in saying they fixed all the problems from 2k7.

honestly it's only about 10 to 15 % of the marketplace...


i think they must rather spend their marketing dollars when the game is actually IN stores opposed to when it'a not.

This way some kid sees a commerical walks in with mommy on a saturday mall run and BAM "he got the game!" None of that "ohh it isn't out yet its not released til tuesday stuff

The IGN MLB 08 the show review was posted on Friday of last week just three days ago. Not a week ago.

I am waiting for the verdict on this one before I jump on it, I am a huge 2k fan of all their games, but they seem to drop the ball once in awhile.

Yeah how do you know? I am a 2k fan myself. Either 2k marketing is really smart and the game is really great or their marketing sucks and want us consumers to wait for demo and game release becuase they know the game can't compete this year with the show. Just my opinion.....
