I like the game too. It has some issues but 2k is good with the patching. I don't think he's saying it's perfect but cut him some slack.RIP #21

This is a very good game in some areas but yeah it's very unpolished. That being said it can be very frustrating. I"m getting waxed just about every game.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: THANK YOU THREAD TO 2K AND BEN BRINKMAN!
Is the retail version better or worse than the demo? The demo is an absolute trainwreck. Jacoby Ellsbury threw a ball from the triangle to home plate. It landed just behind second base in the OF grass and rolled all the way to home plate. Highly realistic.
Also, the frame rate is top notch. lolComment

Thank you Ben Brinkman for the tiny font. I'm thirtysomething with glasses and without an HDTV, so I really appreciate the eyestrain.--

Re: THANK YOU THREAD TO 2K AND BEN BRINKMAN!
What makes it better? I just heard the demo is pretty close to the way the retail version plays. Framerate better or worse? Can you still through the ball all the way to home plate from the OF wall and have it roll about 100-120 ft??Comment

Re: THANK YOU THREAD TO 2K AND BEN BRINKMAN!
I agree. Good game. If this game didn't have the framerate issues, everybody would be loving it.Comment

Re: THANK YOU THREAD TO 2K AND BEN BRINKMAN!
the game will never cutoff a ball on its own, you must tell the infielders to cut the ball off, otherwise it will continue to roll to its destination. so yeah if you never make an effort and pull the left trigger, then it will still do that.Lux y VeritasComment

Re: THANK YOU THREAD TO 2K AND BEN BRINKMAN!
I haven't played the game so I can't say good or bad things about it but it's become a tradition here it seems where if someone likes a certain sports game and others dislike it, the only reason they could possibly dislike the game is because they don't "understand it" or "don't know anything about the sport".Comment
