I'm laughing at all the people who said 2K doesn't do anything to resolve issues post-release. They've been the best sports company to do so!

They have more issues than any company and take forever to release these patches.

They even posted the workaround, signing out of your VIP, until the patch comes out. Now if they would have just given ehh credit for coming up with that as I believe he was the first one to find it.

I didn't notice too much of the frame rate problem but i'm sure the patch will do wonders for those that do.

well I hope this new is correct, because now I will hang on to my game until this patch it released, I own the PS3 version, I hope it doesn't take 2 months for this, did they give a time frame?

Exactly, so what's being done for the PS3. Are they saying there's no issue with frame rate on the PS3?

Well I hope the patch actually does a better job than the work around. Unloading the VIP does help a TON but there is still some stuttering.. and thats will the aerial cam and all the other options turned off as well. Its not major but noticeable.

This is encouraging. I'll probably wait until the patch is out until I buy the game. Hopefully, it will be released about the time I get "baseball fever".

Maybe 2K can make up for its tardiness from the demo, and give us this by opening day. Or at least set a date.

I wonder what all it fixes. Does it fix the Padre's call-up issue? Does it fix the invisible batter issue? Neither of these have happened to me, but I would like to hear what all is fixed.

Good news, but I too would like to know what the patch will fix. After playing the demo I certainly will not be buying the game until the patch is released, and my decision will depend on what is included among the fixes.

I'll believe it when i see it...There HAS NOT been an xbox 360 game that's had a FRAMERATE patch. There was a V-sync option patch for Saints Row...but thats it.
hopefully they'll deliver... AND for the PS3.

Glad to see they are working on a fix. This game is unplayable for me at it's current state.
