You do know Live Silver is free right? I assume you or a friend would have a high speed connection so...... If none of that is a possibility then I don't know.

I'm playing a four team franchise. I play all the games myself. My VIP is only assigned to one team. The other three show no profile before games (with no way to add them at the start of a franchise). I wonder if it is possible if 2K can add the ability to select your VIP before you play a game from the team match up/uniform select screen in franchise with this upcoming patch. I know it's a small deal to some. But I would like to have those games included in my gaming totals.

Will they release a PS3 patch? The framerate issue playing offline is really disturbing.

Hopefully not as long as it took last year. The PS3 patch last year was delayed by 4 months or so over the 360 if not more.

I'm hoping they have online fixed by Opening day, I do remember a frame rate issues with PC MVP and it took 3 weeks for the patch to come.

yes i remember the patch for mvp2005 baseball on the pc, when the patch was released it ran smooth as butter, one of the best sports games of all time......

Oh wow...Another stab in the back...I'm doing a 2 team chise (Phillies and Orioles). So you mean to tell me that in my Orioles games I will not be able to have those games count against my profile??? I've only played my Phillies games so far...

What about minor league games? There's gotta be a way too get the profile to switch from team to team.

Hopefully not as long as it took last year. The PS3 patch last year was delayed by 4 months or so over the 360 if not more.

for 2k6 I think it took exactly 3 weeks for the patch.

Of course that game froze in the 3rd inning every time so they had to get something out

I still have my pc version with the updated mods, nothing comes close to mvp. I feel mislead by 2k about this game. the gameplay has improved but others things just fall short of what was promised. there should have been a patch out the first week of release. they had to know about the framerate issue prior to shipping.
