I'm curious as to when I should pull them if they are pitching okay but their energy is getting low.

It all depends on how well they're pitching. If he is pitching well, I'll leave him in until he gets in trouble, or reaches a stamina level below 30%. But, it still all depends on little things. One game, I left Hamels in until 5%, just so I could get a complete game shut-out. You can feel it when your pitchers are ready to come out. The effectivness on their pitches goes down, and the corners of the plate are hard to find. There is no definite answer. Pull them when your gut tells you its time.

The bigger my lead, the longer the leash. If I need the offense, it's pinch hitter time around the 6th or 7th.

I'm concerned about injuries too. I don't wanna be a Dusty Baker and ruin my pitchers.
