A few questions

I tried to hash through all the impressions but I couldn't find the answers:

1. Can you draw a reasonable amount of walks?
2. Is it possible to walk the AI even if you are trying to throw strikes? Realsitic amount of walks given up.
3. Do you get pretty realistic stats?
4. Is there a quick coach mode where you can contol what you want batters and runners to do? Kind of like a text sim of the game but you get a say in each at bat and approach to the plate? I think MVP did something like this a few years back.

I have never played the 2k series baseball before so any insight on this will be great. Thanks.

You can and issue walks, but it's going to be difficut to get it to a realistic amount. I walk 2 or 3 batters a game, that needs to be higher. I walk 2-4 times a game and walked 8 in one game, so that may be right on target, though it will take a lot more playing atweaking to get a definitive answer. And yes, there is a text-based mage mode.

Thanks for the replies. So if you try to throw a strike, it will be a strike every time. I can't believe that they would do this. I'll pass, thanks for saving me the $.
